'Beautiful Life' Story :
Life is Beautiful story plot runs in Sunshine Colony with two blocks one is Gold phase and B phase. Amala mother of Srinu (Abhijith), Sathya (Rashmi) and Chinni send them to their maternal uncle who stays in B phase for their studies. In short time they make Abhi (Kaushik) and Nagraj (Sudhakar) as their friends who leads a cool and happy life in the colony. Here comes the posh guys from Gold Phase and the B Phase guys have a long time rivalry with them.
Flipping the coin, Paru (Shriya) whose ambition is to become Miss India gets in to Gold Phase and she a softspoken girl. Abhi admires Paru a lot, Nagraj had a crush on Maya Aunty (Anjala Zaveri) and sincerely loves Lakshmi (Zara) and Srinu loves Paddu (Shagun) at his first sight. The rivalry between the two phases raises and causes a big clash in their love life. In the meantime a shocking fact about Amala is known to her son Srinu and their friends which leads to a sentimental climax.
Performances:
First to say, Amala Akkineni is back to her performance oriented role as a single mother fighting with her life and aiming for their children's bright future. She looked gorgeous and her classy performance is major plus to the film.
Abhijeet and Sudhakar did their roles with much ease and might bag few films in their future. Kaushik, Rashmi, Kavya, Naveen, Vijay, Sanjeev and Sriram does their best. Shagun, Zara are very sensuous and show stealers in the entire film.
Shriya is perfect as Miss India contestant and she is apt suit for the role. Anjala Zaveri oozes her glamour just like she has done a decade ago. Little girl Kavya was cute and Surekha Vani has given her best in negative role too.
Technical Analysis:
Micky J Meyer has given a best background score for the songs of the film. Editing by Marthand K Venkatesh might have been much crunchy as the film run-time length is too long. Dialouges are best suite for this kind of films which are placed at good moments.V ijay C Kumar cinematography is visual grandeour. Sekar Kammula is brilliant story teller which touches the youth and he has shaped up the first half very well but lacks speed in the second half as screenplay doesn't work well and some scenes look very silly.
Analysis:
In a brief to say,Sekhar Kammula's Life is beautiful is an extract from Happy Days. We can get in touch to Happy Days senior-junior scenes once again in cricket match B-phase and Gold phase etc., in such episodes in the film. The film length is too long to mention while screenplay of the film is a big lag and we can be easily guess silly scenes like plane crashing and few emotional scenes in love tracks. The narration goes very slow in the lengthy second half when there is a rivalry between loved ones and life of the youth in colony. It can be noticed characters in the film are inspired or taken from Happy Days. Amala characterization was best and scenes involved her gives you a soothing feel.
